They picked up our group of 5 in a new sprinter van and met us right at baggage claim. Our driver walked us to the van – we were hit with the Florida heat and we were all still wearing our sweaters after coming from Boston!
Our driver came to our rescue with cold waters for everyone, and these delightful individually wrapped lemon-scented towels! Nice touch!!!!!

She scheduled our pickup time for 11:00, with the driver, Daniel, arriving at 10:42. The trip took ~3 hours, but Daniel made the journey easy for my family members. They are very appreciative of his kindness (and so am I).
