Affiliate Requirements for Partner Companies
To become an affiliate partner with our organization, companies must meet the following requirements:
- Membership: Be an active member of the National Limousine Association (NLA).
- Professional Chauffeurs: Employ professionally trained chauffeurs who are properly attired at all times.
- Service Standards: Adhere to DMCO’s high standards of service for all reservations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding DMCO clients and passengers. No information obtained during or after any trip may be disclosed under any circumstances.
- Vehicle Requirements:
- Provide vehicles that are no more than 3 years old from the date of service.
- Ensure vehicles are clean (both interior and exterior) and in excellent working condition.
- Documentation:
- Submit a copy of your Business and/or Operating License as required by local authorities.
- Provide a current Certificate of Liability Insurance.
